Bauervic Woods Park in Southfield Visitor’s Guide and Photos

Bauervic Woods Park is in an adorable 41-acre park in Southfield, Michigan.  It is tucked away in the middle of the woods on the south side of 9 Mile Road just west of Evergreen. As a matter of fact, this park offers two play areas to accommodate different age groups. The larger structure is designed for older children, specifically for ages 5 to 12. It offers children the opportunity to climb, swing, slide, and jump while burning off some extra energy. The tall twirly slide together with the stepping stones were two of the popular features. In addition to the large structure, the park also has a toddler structure designed for younger children. Park-goers can also enjoy picnic areas and hiking trails.
