PREP TIME: 20 minutes
BAKE TIME: 10 minutes
YIELDS: Varies according to size (10 medium sized Calzones)
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 Packs Great Value Pizza Crust Mix
- 1.5 cup hot water
- Steak (any of your choosing)
- 1 pack Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 green pepper
- 1 white onion
Preheat oven to 375°F, and line baking sheet with parchment paper (or use non-stick baking sheet)
Brown steak in skillet on medium heat

Blend Pizza Crust Mix using 1.5 cup hot water in a large bowl until fully blended and moistened.
Once dough is mixed, form balls with dough (slightly larger than a golf ball).
Place each ball on flat surface and flatten out to form a circle.
1/2 an inch from edge, add 1/4 cup of steak, pepper, and onion mixture.
Add desired amount of mozzarella cheese on center of dough.

Fold in half to press edges together creating a seal.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until outside is slightly browned.
Remove calzones from oven and allow to cool.
