This innovative play area, part of a $3 million investment across two parks, was designed with input from the City’s Disability Concerns Commission, Parks and Recreation Department, and local families.
The playscape caters to children of all abilities, featuring accessible equipment and layouts to ensure everyone can join in the fun. This groundbreaking project reflects Dearborn’s commitment to inclusivity and accessibility in public spaces.
Mayor Abdullah H. Hammoud highlighted the importance of this project, stating, “These inclusive playscapes will serve all of Dearborn’s children. This major park upgrade is part of our ongoing investment in parks across the city.”

- Splash Pad: Open daily from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m., free for all visitors.
