Places to Play

Tuski Park offers swings, a brand new climbing structure along with swings, slide, jungle gym an old fashioned merry-go-round and open space for running.

Felker Park is located on Felker Avenue between Easterling Avenue and Battelle Avenue, a few blocks north of Nine Mile Road. The park offers swings, a couple of climbing structures, slides, monkey bars along with plenty of open space to play.

Jessica Nagle-Wilson Memorial Park is located on West Maxlow Avenue between West End Avenue and Ford Avenue. The park offers swings, a couple of climbing structures, slides, jungle gym along with open space to play.

Hoover Elementary School Playground features two play structures, swings, and a baseball diamond.

The BMX Course at Fuller Park is located at the corner of Woodward Heights and Melville, just west of Dequindre. The playground features traditional swings, monkey bars, slide, as well as a climbing jungle gym structure.

The Kennedy Memorial Park is located on Merrill Avenue between East Otis Avenue and East Pearl Avenue, just west of Dequindre. The park offers swings, a couple of climbing structures, spring rider/bouncer, swings along with plenty of open space to play. Benches coupled with shady trees and a manicured landscape make this a beautiful place to relax.

Madge Park is located on Madge Avenue between Hughes Avenue and Russell Avenue, a few blocks east of I-75. The park offers swings, a couple of climbing structures, monkey bars along with plenty of open space to play.

United Oaks Elementary playground features two structures as well as swings and a couple of spring toys. The two structures provide children with plenty of places to climb, swing, slide, and bounce. Some of the more interesting features of this playground are the bridge, stepping stones, and zip line. There are a few benches for seating. Additionally, the playground is host to a cement racing track and a giant open field.
