Weekly Creations at Pie Sci in Detroit
One of the most amazing features of this restaurant is that they offer a different specialty pizza each week. Musak It To Me was the pizza of the week during our visit. The pizza features garlic oil, mozzarella, chicken musakhan, toasted pine nuts, caramelized onions as well as fresh parsley topped with lemon yogurt drizzle and a lemon wedge. It was very tasty and much different than your traditional pizza flavors.
The Menu at Pie Sci Detroit
In addition to the weekly special, they offer traditional pizza choices like meatlovers, veggie and Margherita. For more adventurous palettes, try one of the more complex pizza like the License to Dill. Mac to the Future or the Pear Necessities.
Don’t worry, if you want a simple cheese pizza, or if you want to create your own, you can. The build your own pizza is the perfect choice for you. Add up to four toppings, plus you can even add a drizzle topping. YUM.
Pie Sci Detroit also offers cheese sticks and handmade vegan, gluten-free ice cream sandwiches. Beverage options include several Detroit brand sodas as well as lemonade and Coke.

The pizza restaurant is open daily from 11 am until 9 pm. However on Friday and Saturday they close at 10 pm.

Currently there is only seating outdoors, however the space is simply stunning and you don’t want to miss it anyway. there are several shaded picnic tables as well as lovely gardens to enjoy.
