I had the pleasure of bringing my family out for the grand opening of the Bounce Forest last year, and it’s been a favorite recommendation of mine ever since. As we gear up for the 2026 season, here is the complete scoop on every attraction this park offers for littles, teens, and everyone in between.
What is the Bounce Forest in Rochester Hills?
Unlike a traditional indoor trampoline park, Bounce Forest brings the excitement outside, letting guests jump, climb, and explore on interconnected nets that feel like circus trapeze nets strung between the trees.
This unique attraction blends the energy of a trampoline park with the peacefulness of a wooded setting, creating a one-of-a-kind family adventure. . the sun sets, music and lights transform the forest into a glowing playground, offering a magical twist on active play after dark.
Whether you’re a kid with energy to burn or a grown-up looking for something new, Bounce Forest is designed for all ages to move freely, unplug, and enjoy nature in a whole new way.
The Aerial Adventure Park (Ages 7+)
The heart of the park is the forest canopy itself, featuring over 60 obstacles and zip lines across 5 different trails.
Glow Nights: Check their calendar for these themed events! The forest is transformed with colorful LED lights and music for a magical nighttime climb
The Experience: You’ll navigate bridges, climbing walls, and swinging platforms while securely harnessed.
Skill Levels: Like a ski resort, trails are color-coded. Beginners can start on trails like Daisy or Yellow Brick Road, while those looking for a serious challenge can aim for the Joker or the Golden Grizzly, which features the longest zip line in the company.
Little Zipper Adventure: For the Junior Climbers (Ages 4-7)
Don’t let the height of the main park intimidate you—TreeRunner Rochester has a dedicated space just for the younger set.
Safe Exploration: It’s the perfect introduction to the world of aerial adventure, keeping them active and engaged at a height that feels just right for them.
Junior Trails: Known as the Little Zipper Adventure, this area lets kids as young as four build confidence on scaled-down obstacles.
Ground-Level Fun: Putt Forest & Gem Mining
For those who prefer to keep their feet on the ground—or just need a break between climbs—the park offers some fantastic low-impact activities:
The Putt Forest: Nestled right under the shaded canopy of the forest is a 27-hole mini-golf course. Because it’s under a dense forest canopy, it stays much cooler than your average outdoor course, making it a perfect mid-summer activity.
Gem Mining & Discovery: For kids who love a hands-on experience, the Gem Mining station is a hidden treasure. Kids get to sift through mining rough to discover gemstones and fossils, giving them a physical souvenir to take home from their day at the park.
