If your family is ready for a spring staycation adventure, then check out these five indoor waterparks near metro Detroit. Enjoy indoor wave pools, lazy rivers, swimming pools, top thrill slides and more.
Frankenmuth Hotel Water Park
Zehnder’s Splash Village Hotel & Water Park
Zehnder’s is indeed one of my favorite Michigan indoor waterparks. Surprisingly the Splash Village Indoor Waterpark is over 50,000 sq. ft. of aquatic fun. In addition to a six-story family raft ride and super loop body slide; the park also offers a zero-entry activity pool with water geysers, water basketball, and volleyball. If you are looking for adventure then try out Action River, Splash Landing play area, Dumping Bucket, Giggling Gorge, and Perilous Plunge 4 story tube slides. However, if you like a more relaxed pace, Whimsical Whirl Hot Tub and Crooked Brook Creek Lazy River might be for you.

Great Wolf Lodge – Traverse City
If you are looking for a great indoor waterpark for the whole family, then you will love Great Wolf Lodge. There is so much to do beyond the waterpark. We had an amazing time at the waterpark, Ten Paw Alley, participating in MagiQuest as well as Clubhouse Crew Adventure. We also met the Great Wolf Kids (costumed characters) at a variety of events throughout the day.

Great Wolf Lodge – Sandusky
Undeniably, staying at Great Wolf Lodge is amazing. There is so much to do beyond the waterpark. Everyone will love the waterpark, playing MagiQuest as well as spending some time in the arcade.
