Great Lakes Crossing has become a fun destination for families in the Metro Detroit area. Just a “short” drive north on I-75 and you can end up on a mini-vacation in Auburn Hills. Besides LEGO land, SEAlife Aquarium, Peppa Pig Land and an amazing (FREE) play structure, there is also Round 1.
Round 1 has a a plethora of activities for those of all ages: bowling, darts, billiards, arcade games, karaoke, and more!

Bowling
Besides traditional bowling, Round 1 also offers Cosmic Glow bowling. They also cater to children with the option of ramps and bumpers. There are special benefits and discounts for Kids Club Members as well! They offer pricing per game or per hour, but shoe rental is always $4.00

Arcade Games
The amount of arcade games is crazy. I could not believe the vast selection of games and the sheer amount of machines they have. To be honest, it was a bit overwhelming at first for my 3 year old niece, but she soon adapted to the lighting and the sounds. It very much felt like a kid casino inside and I can imagine spending A LOT of money here: just on all the different claw machines alone!
There were games for all ages and abilities. I can imagine this location can hold a large amount of people and would not feel crowded. When we went, it was in the middle of the day and there were not very many people at all.
Darts, Ping Pong and Karaoke
If arcade games and bowling are not up your alley (see what I did there?), there are still other options! Darts and ping pong are available as well as karaoke rooms. The karaoke rooms can accommodate up to 6 people and the song lists are updated daily, including songs in different languages!
Some locations of Round1 have a children’s play area, but not the one at Great Lakes Crossing. It would be an awesome addition though!
