Looking for a way to beat the heat this summer? Look no further than the H2O Zone Splash Pad at Tattan Park in Westland! This state-of-the-art facility promises a day of fun in the sun for the whole family.
Located at 1901 N. Carlson, at the corner of Carlson and Orr Drive, just South of Ford Road, the H2O Zone features an 18 ft. helicopter built 10 feet above the ground that sprays water from its rotors. But that’s not all – you can also get drenched by the huge water bucket, sprayed by the sea serpent, squirted with a water gun, or sprinkled by one of the many in-ground jets.

Operating hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., giving you plenty of time to enjoy all the aquatic fun. And if you work up an appetite or get thirsty from all the excitement, there’s a full-service concession stand offering goodies for both young and old.

Already a beloved spot for play, Tattan Park has become even more extraordinary with the introduction of a dynamic new playground. Dubbed “Mission to Mars,” this space-themed wonderland features towering rocket ships, lunar rovers, slides, and interactive play activities, all designed to evoke the thrill of space exploration. This ADA-accessible playground aims to cater to visitors of all ages and abilities, ensuring an inclusive and immersive experience for everyone.
