Christmas Light Displays in Metro Detroit

Wayne County Lightfest 
Merriman Hollow Park, Westland
7651 Merriman Road, Westland
The Wayne County Lightfest is open nightly from November 15 – December 31 from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM Monday – Friday and 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
The fee for Lightfest is $5.00 cash per vehicle.
The address for the Lightfest is 7651 N. Merriman Road in Westland. The entrance is on Merriman Road between Ann Arbor Trail and Warren Avenue in Westland, 2.5 miles south of I-96.
Stop by the Santa Shelter for photos with Santa and refreshments from November 16-December 23 at the end of the Lightfest. The cost for photos with Santa is $8.00.
Toy Night Tuesdays will take place on December 4, 11 and 18. The $5 Lightfest entry fee will be waived on Toy Night Tuesdays with a donation of a new, unwrapped toy.

Light Up Your Holidays the Old-Fashioned Way! at Huckleberry Railroad
It is highly recommended that you purchase your Huckleberry Railroad
train tickets early as they do sell out in advance. For your convenience summer, Halloween and Christmas tickets are sold year round.

The Big, Bright Light Show
You are invited to brighten your holidays in Downtown Rochester with The Big, Bright Light Show! The buildings in downtown Rochester will be covered with more than 1 million points of glimmering holiday light.The display will be lit every evening (5 pm-Midnight) through January 6, 2019. Most stores are open Monday – Saturday, until 9 pm.

The 2018 display is now Dancing! Sunday – Thursday, 5pm – 10pm, Fri & Sat, 5pm – 11pm. 

Holiday Nights in Greenfield Village – Dearborn

Wild Lights – Detroit Zoo
The Detroit Zoo will light up the night again this holiday season with Wild Lights, a spectacular light display. For 24 nights, more than five million LED lights will illuminate trees, buildings and 265 sculptures – more than 220 of which are animals – throughout the front half of the Zoo. Experience the magic of the Detroit Zoo in winter as you take in the lights and the sights and enjoy holiday entertainment and special activities for guests of all ages. Children younger than 2 are admitted free.

Tunnel of Lights – Warren
Pack up the kids, grab the hot chocolate (with marshmallows if preferred) and head to 12 Mile & Schoenherr for the annual Tunnel of Lights on Eiffel Street.

Christmas Lights in Clinton Township
This hidden little gem of a home is on the west side of Moravian Rd south of Harrington St. The lights are even synchronized to Christmas music (tune to 106.9FM).

My LIght Show
My Light Show is a charity residential animated light and sound experience. Viewers park on the street and tune their radios to 100.7 FM to enjoy.

Hours daily from 5pm to 10pm
Tune to 91.3 FM Lights on the lake is a holiday light display in Lake Orion, started in 2015.
