Brittany is a proud mom to two fun loving kiddos, Grayson and Audrey. With a passion for health and fitness, she’s a certified personal trainer and nutritionist who enjoys helping others lead active, enjoyable lives. When she’s not coaching clients, you can find Brittany, her husband, and her kids exploring Michigan’s vibrant scene of indoor play centers, parks, eateries, and events. Whether they’re discovering new hiking trails, celebrating local restaurant openings, or spending the afternoon at the cider mill, they’re always on the lookout for their next adventure. Metro Detroit Mommy was created in November of 2010. As the founder was searching for an indoor play place, she thought to myself, “Why isn’t there a website with all this information?” … and Metro Detroit Mommy was born.
Metro Detroit Mommy is a local resource for family activities to save you time and the frustration of always trying to come up with new experiences for your children to enjoy. Our first article was about Jungle Java in Farmington Hills, and since then Metro Detroit Mommy has evolved into a place to support and promote local child-centered businesses and events. It is our ultimate goal to highlight and represent the wondrous diversity metro Detroit family life has to offer its residents and visitors.
