PREP TIME: 10 minutes
COOK TIME: 20 minutes
YIELDS: 16 taquitos
- 3 cooked chicken breasts diced (or shredded)
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/4 cup Diced tomatoes and Green Chilies Mix
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 packages 8ct tortilla
Preheat oven to 350°F
In small bowl, stir together chicken, cream cheese, Monterey Jack Cheese, tomato mix, and seasoning. Taste. Add more seasoning if needed.
Place 2tbsp of mixture in center of each tortilla, then roll up.
Place rolled tortillas on cookie sheet seam side down.
Bake 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Ready to serve! Enjoy!
