Going to Campus Martius Park and Cadillac Square in the winter is a magical experience. There is so much to see and do throughout the season. You don’t want to miss out. Campus Martius Park is located in the heart of Downtown Detroit at 800 Woodward Ave. The 2.5-acre park is an amazing outdoor venue that features a beautiful fountain, gardens, performance stages, food trucks and ice skating in the winter.
Campus Martius Park also hosts an amazing annual Tree Lighting Ceremony featuring a sixty foot tall tree with 19,000 LED bulbs. The ceremony includes live music, local skating groups to entertain guests, carriage rides, ice skating, heated tents, food trucks and more.
The Rink is a premiere outdoor ice skating space. Open seven days a week until March 3rd, 2019, The Rink provides a fun space to skate with your family. The cost is $10 for adults and $8 for children 12 and under. Skate rental is $5.

The heated tents at Cadillac Square have become one of the more popular winter features during the winter, offering guests a warm place to dine, shop and visit in the market or lodge spaces.

I’m a Detroit photographer, who wants to show everyone how beautiful the world can be! I graduated from Michigan State University in 2014. In addition to photography, I also work with children with autism. My son Rowan is 4 and we reside in Detroit Michigan where I grew up.
