The Cider Mill

The main attraction of a cider mill is seeing the press. However, the Rochester Cider Mills generally does their pressing on Monday and Friday mornings. In fact, the mill uses a 150-year-old leather belt driven cider press to squeeze juice from the highest quality Michigan apples.
