For the best results, I do recommend chilling your dough before shaping it for cookies.

PREP TIME: 1hr (including time to chill dough)
BAKE TIME: 12 minutes
YIELDS: Varies according to size

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F, and line baking sheet with parchment paper

Blend Cake Mix, water, oil, and eggs in a large bowl until moistened, then stir in white chocolate chips. Let chill for 30-45 minutes in the refrigerator

Once dough is ready, rub a bit of vegetable oil onto your hands (to make rolling the dough easier), and form dough into small balls. Place dough about 2in apart on sheet. *We made larger balls then flattened and cut into heart shapes, but this is not necessary 🙂

Bake for about 12 minutes or until edges are slightly browned (center should still be soft)

Remove cookies from oven and allow to cool.

Enjoy!

These red velvet cookies can also be paired with these yummy Strawberries & Cream sandwich cookies for a tasty and festive cookie platter.
