Pump It Up in Shelby Township is located on Commercial Drive, just east of Hayes and south of 23 Mile in a large industrial building. We dropped by last week for Pop-In Playtime. We were the only guests during our stay, so the employee had to set up the inflatables and the heat needed to be turned up. (It was only 50 degrees when we arrived and only reached 62 before we left… brrrr).

Pump It Up in Shelby has two bounce rooms. The room we played in had a small obstacle course, an arena with pugil sticks, a regular bounce, a slide and another bouncer that didn’t inflate. There was also a small basketball game. In each room, they provide cubbies and hooks for shoes and coats, tables and benches for parents to rest and a water cooler.
In addition to the bouncers, there were hula hoops, many balls and a plastic car for Rosa to play with. She really had a lot of fun while we were there.
The second room housed a very large obstacle coarse, a large slide, basketball bounce, a boxing arena bounce and an air hockey table. Pump it Up also has several party rooms available making it a great place to host a birthday party or special event.
