High School Transition with Sandee Koski, Michigan Alliance for Families 
We will provide you with information, resources and tools to start planning for the future. Learn how high school classes and the school environment can help develop important skills and build pre-employment knowledge.
Transition Planning with Lisa Cook Gordon,Michigan Family Voices & Terra Depew, CSHCS Transition Consultant
This workshop will give an overview of Medical Transition, including
* Planning and identifying future goals
* Objectives and concerns for the future
* Barriers to Medical Transition Participants will be provided with medical transition health care skills checklists, coverage options, planning tools and resources
