One of the toughest jobs in this world is being a mom. Sadly, there is no roadmap for success, no directions, no magic book that solves our parenting woes. We weren’t meant to mother alone! Moms need support! Whether it is a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen, a space to vent or a hand to hold. Enter Honey Space for Moms in Ferndale.
The 3,500-square-foot space is a place for moms to connect, learn, grow, or just breathe! Whether you are looking for a co-working space with child care, mothering support groups, yoga classes, therapy, parenting classes, or sleep consulting, they have it all, including Art & Music classes hosted by Little Humans Art Co.
Co-Working Space at Honey Space for Moms
Working at home with kids… now there is a challenge. Honey Space for Moms makes it easy to be productive, while still being present for your children with their co-working space and on-site childcare.
Moms can choose one of the workspace packages that suits their needs, all include use of co-working space (or just the lounge to hang out and take some time alone!) and child care for one child (additional children are welcome for $20/session) for weekly 4-hour sessions that range from 2 sessions/week (either as half days or full days) all the way up to 10 sessions a week. Prices start at a little over $300 per month, or you can choose to drop-in for a session at just $55 for co-working + one child (additional children welcome for drop-in too!).
Honey Groups
Daytime and evening groups are available for moms. The 4-week and 8-week classes are divided into groups based on the age of your child/children or what you may be going through in your life (mothers without mothers, for example). Drop-ins are also welcome for daytime groups. Evening groups are offered too and don’t allow for drop-ins. Participants can connect with peers and learn how to nourish their relationship with their child/children.
