This past weekend I had the opportunity to visit Goodison Cider Mill in Rochester, off of scenic Orion road.. This cute cider mill and shop is full of delicious goodness and they are known for their Pistachio Nut Bread. I just couldn’t get enough of this place. The ladies in there were so welcoming and I cannot say enough about their cinnamon sugar cider doughnuts and hot apple cider.
Warning – Grab enough because you’ll regret later when you’ll want more, I did.. 🙁
They serve a variety of treats, including jams, butters, caramel apples, different flavors of donuts, specialty breads, fresh apples, apple dumplings, pies etc. and some goods, bags, t-shirts – buy local folks 🙂
And they have a working cider mill for visitors to view!!!
There is a cute little sitting area inside for you to enjoy these treats in a warm cozy atmosphere or you can enjoy the outdoors where there is plenty of covered seating area and play area for kids.
It doesn’t end here, they do drawing every Sunday for their famous “Pistachio Nut Bread” and winner’s name goes on the green chalkboard! So when you’re there, don’t forget to have a little more fun and enter your name for the drawing.
