There are so many reasons I love Amazon Prime {ad}. There’s the free music and videos, image storage, and of course, FREE two-day shipping on many items online. But did you know you could receive a free month of Amazon Prime for late shipments?
So, what happens when your order doesn’t arrive on time? Simply contact customer service, (some restrictions apply) and get a free month of Amazon Prime for late shipments. Cool right?

Simply go here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact-us and click “An Order I Placed.” Select your order, then select Problem with an order > Shipping or delivery issues > Shipment is late.
I highly recommend you use the chat option. They are so quick and you get an immediate response.
What happens next? Generally one of the great people at Amazon will chat with you and tell you how they will resolve the issue. Usually, they will extend your Prime membership an extra month. I have successfully extended my membership six times.
