Park Amenities

This park is home to several sports fields. Guests can enjoy baseball/softball fields in addition to fitness stations, a football field and frisbee golf. There is also a multi-purpose field, vita course and volleyball net available for guests.

The Playground at Starr-Jaycee Park in Royal Oak

The playground at Starr-Jaycee Park in Royal Oak offers two play areas for the children. In addition to the large play structure, the park hosts a toddler play structure, standing zipline, four horse spring and other play structures. Swings include two baby bucket swings together with a tire swing set. Finally visitors can enjoy playing in the beach sand. Pails and shovels are kept on site via donations.

Great Lakes Steamers Train Rides

Train rides for kids on the 1st full weekend of each month, May through October. Train rides go from Noon until 4 p.m. Weather permitting. For more information, visit the Great Lakes Steamers website.
