What’s for dinner? What are you making tonight? Here’s a super easy dinner solution which is also very tasty.
1 tbsp. olive oil
In a wok or large nonstick pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken, and cook until browned and cooked all the way through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Drain the chicken and set aside.
Place the broccoli and snow peas with 2 tablespoons of water in the pan and cook until crisp-tender.
Drain vegetables and return chicken and veggies to the pan.
Add the sauce and toss to coat. Cook for about 1 minute.
Prepare Quinoa & Brown Rice as directed.
Serve the stir-fry over the rice.
